On a beautifully situated plot away from Langkampfner Straße, we are currently developing a residential building with 15 family-friendly units.

When designing the individual apartments, we wanted to include large glass surfaces and plenty of light. Spacious balconies facing south and west offer additional outdoor living space so residents can enjoy the quiet, sunny location to the fullest. There are to be residential units of between approximately 41 sqm and 81 sqm in size, each with one or two bedrooms. All units will have an underground parking space and a spacious basement storage room. A communal bicycle storage room and a laundry room are also included.

The centre of Kufstein with all amenities is within walking distance. The centre features grocery shops, doctors’ surgeries, pharmacies, banks, churches and much more. The property is also ideally located for families: there is a primary school and kindergarten only a few metres away.

What’s more, the location is equipped with good transport links. There is a bus stop only about 100 metres away, the train station is within walking or biking distance and you can reach the A12 to Innsbruck or Munich and Salzburg within 3 minutes by car.
